My Website Needs a Facelift?

Yo, I got this website at http://www.youngflesh.com/. Gets a little over 2000 visitors per day. Hardly any signups, though. I'm looking to really start pushing some signups.

Anyone have suggestions? Is the design of the site ok to get signups? or does it need a facelift? Or should I just market more agressively? I'm not sure where to go.

Yes you need to get the surfer interested in joining, but you don't want them to jack off and leave.

Also your BG color just puts me to sleep, liven it up a bit. Get the surfer stimulated.

I have the shittiest design on the planet and convert well. Its all about the content, and the pictures.

Major mistake you have is a little too cheap, and offer reccuring only. Lots of surfers don't want to bother having to cancel and you are sort of insulting them. Perhaps you should try $19.99 one time and $16.99 recurring, or something like that.

Offer a small free sample higher quality movie or pic too (unless I missed it) - let them know you are for real.

Actually, I just recently lowered the membership price to $9.95/mo. I was $14.95/mo. It is a good idea to offer non-recurring as well.

I've also been thinking of offering some free galleries. They wouldn't be like complete series... just to wet appetite.

Well I look at it this way, why would I sign up when you give me what I want on the first page.

And adding a few teaser gallerys would be a good idea, but keep the content very softcore.

1. Site loads too damn slow
2. Design needs to be better, more attractive...
Try using warmer color for the background. Words need to be
more sexy and shit like that. Add few quality pictures or videos sample, make the visitors beg for more.
3. Traffics... What kinda traffics ya get? From where?
Filter or kids just want to get some free stuff...
4. Look at how other large sites are built... and learn from it
First page - index... a brief listing of what you have for contents.
Second page - pictures of the contents
Third page - videos of the contents
fourth page - Chat room or other fancy features you offer...
Fifth, you can add a summary or the page to your billing system.

Follow the above and I think you will do better with your 2K traffics.

Your site's design is pretty straight forward and clean but maybe having something a bit more attention grabbing. A real sharp professional main page with a tour page or two and then a sign up page. Don't give them too much!

Check out our affordable pre-made adult templates. A couple of signups will make your money back and if it doesn't seem to convert better, you haven't broken the bank.

I think your problem is that you're not offering videos.

Also, the "Tennis" pictures are over-used. I've seen them a million times in TGP postings. Any surfer who has seen that will say: "Oh, it's a bunch of stuff I've seen before."

That splash window with the 4 girls is very dull. That's your main problem. I'd change what's inside that. Putting some text in there too is a possibility.

You could also use a few "finishing off" touches here and there.

I don't like how the disclaimer and copyright notice makes the pink table look at the bottom. I'd move it all down into the blue area.

No need to scrap the entire design. Just keep working at it. It's trial and error sometimes.
