Where to find models?

Local newspaper ads are the cheapest way to get models, trustworthy agencies are fine, but more expansive than the average next door girl looking to make a few bucks.

Where are you located? If you don't have any adult modeling agencies in your area, you need to be extra careful. Filming content for your personal web site can get you busted for prostitution no matter what precautions you take.

There's a fine, blurry line between filming POV content and filming yourself getting a blow job from a hooker. (Personally, I don't think there is any line at all)

I guess it really depends on where you live. I just run adds in a local paper and I use a local photographers/models website (these types of websites are everywhere). Most of the girls on these website don't do porno though, but they do nude. Depends on what you're going to shoot. For hardcore you really need an agency.
I assume you're not from Europe. If you're keen I have a studio and models available in Czech Republic for very reasonable prices. Hit me up.

I would recommend not using newspaper ads. Depending on where you live, this could be considered solicitation. Actually hiring the girl and shooting the content could be considered pandering/prostitution. And if you do it alot - RICO can be added in. Just go ask Ray Guhn in Florida.

The only state where you are legally protected to shoot hardcore content is California. I recommend to all my clients to outsource content production to directors in LA and run their sites from their home states. Most of the large internet companies outsource production now.

Further, be careful shooting amateurs. You never know what you're going to get. One of my clients insisted on amateurs despite my warnings and eventually he shot a Sheriff Officer's niece and came under investigation and had to sell off his site or risk greater problems.
