Hi guys
I am running this little experiment.
I started out updating every couple of days.
Then I slowed down on purpose, to see if conversion rates were going down.
Now, after one week, CVS are exactly the same.
I don't want to push the test too far, to avoid pissing off existing customers (I have my ethics, and my rebillings :-) ) So, due to this, I'll resume updates and never go for less than one per week.
Still, I am left with my doubt - are updates just to keep customers, rather than for winning new ones? Figures seem to point in that direction, at least so far in my case.
Any experience to share out there?
thank you!
