Okay, what would be a reasonable price for me to look at buying quality traffic from? The kind that makes you feel warm inside.

Cost Per Impression or whatever.

Secondly, where would i look at buying this traffic from?

I'm thinking it'd be nice to start up new sites with a few k uniques a day to get it/them up and running.

once again - there's no cheap quality traffic.
There's quality traffic - you can buy it from pay-per-clik search engines but it is very expensive and requires lots of marketing skill to break even at least.
And there 's bulk cheap traffic .
From your post it results that you want to start some tgp's or free sites ( "it'd be nice to start up new sites with a few k uniques a day to get it/them up and running" ), so I suggest you sign up to
adult traders and spend some small amount to try it out.
