Need everyone's help - Major Bandwidth Stealing Operation

pornomir.com - check out his operation. From what im gathering he scans TGPs uses the images on his site but cleverly inserts the pictures into a javascript so the 'visitor' is the one calling for the image, not the website. Using htaccess to block his website is not effective. I used GeoIp and blocked russia. Only partially effective. He must be catering to a bigger crowd.

pornomir.com has name servers of sexfotki.net which also seems to be the same setup.

Look around the website and see if any of your sites are listed.

His IP runs back to a Net Access Corporation nac.net, i sent a message to abuse AT nac.net but haven't received a response. I encourage others that may be listed on these websites to do the same.

I checked out his site and might contact him to see if he could scan my TGPs and put my images at his site! These are TGP images (not images from the members area), and the site URLs are still on the images. If an affiliate did this with my images I wouldn't mind and I'd be giving the affiliate 50%. I wouldn't be paying this guy anything for the customers he sent my way. True, he's removing your banner and any way for the customer to "click" to access your site, but he's certainly sending you some customers and he's not taking 50% either!

I have an optional survey which people can complete when they join my sites. I get so many people that say they just found some images someplace (obviously "stolen" but my URL still attached) and they typed in my url.

I'm really curious as if he might be doing you more help than harm? I really wouldn't mind if he did this to me as I believe I'd get more money in members he sent my way than the bandwidth cost me. I am really seriously thinking about contacting him about listing my TGPs, but maybe others who know better the conversation rate vs cost could comment. It's certainly less conversation than if he listed your complete TGP, but I still think he'd be doing me more good than harm.

had over 2000 hits from his website all calling the images the first day. only about 20 ended up coming over from his website...oddly enough if they typed it in the url field it still registered as coming from his site.

if you like his setup more power to you. But he isn't doing it for your benefit. Notice yeah he gives you a printed like to your website. not a hyperlink and he bypasses the pages you built displaying his own banners in their place. If you want to provide him with the bandwidth to give him more content then good luck.
