Hi, quite new with this lot, asking this question for a friend as we can't see how this works.
Been given a website and although we've sussed how the galleries work with linking and such, on the site there are a bunch of links to other sites and when hovering the mouse over them, we can only see the link to the site. There aren't any parameters being sent.
eg. sitenamehere.com
instead of
sitenamehere.com/index.php?refer=myusername
Are providing "free" advertising/links to other sites or is this done some other way?
I've been told (by my mate) that he's checked and found his site registered to who gave him the site.
