I was wondering what you guys do about getting your site listed with all the search engines, could do you pay big money for ads, i.e google ad sence or what is the key, especially bumping you up to the top of the search engine list, thanks, thanks

Do a bunch of SEO stuff which will cost lots of money but you will eventually benefit from it in the long run.

Google Adsense provides some high-quality traffic, but only if you're selling something--you don't want to be paying up to $0.20/click for traffic to your TGP.
