Hi: I have google webmaster tools under my google account. There, I can see when is last time that google visited my website. I am just wondering, does he check all pages on site or just index page (since there is written that goolebot visited my homepage sucessfully).

As far as I'm aware google will visit all pages except those restricted by a password like members only areas.

As long as your index page links to your main page which in turn has links to all of your other pages. Google should be crawling all over your site then.

Set up a sitemap. The host I use makes it easy, with just a few clicks of the mouse.
