Hi,

I purchased a flash template and far as I can see it is not currently showing. I emailed the designer and he says its working fine with no problems.

All I can see is a blank box with a slogan below and music plays.

Can you please tell me what you see, before I contact him again?

All I see is a blank black box with nothing inside of it. I was able to hear the music though.
