Article Submission Script - Is There One?

I'm looking to do ongoing article submissions to some of the top article websites and there's so many of them out there, than doing it by hand would be more tedious than submitting galleries by hand to TGPs.

is there a software that can automate that process and simplify it?

I would create profiles and confirm emails on these websites manually, but I would appreciate something to speed up actual article submissions. Any recommendations?
