There have been some talk here lately about newbie webmasters and how to build a site. I have many tgp's out there that I am trying to make a buck from. One of my main TGP's is http://www.hornyjoe.com. I have now cleaned it up, made the thumbs smaller, deleted old galleries that really wasn't making me much money and added new ones.

I am still working on it but... am I on the right way here? More/less thumbs? Color? More or less banners.. What do you think?

its clean and nice enough, maybe I would just consider some other background color instead of white and also bigger thumbs might do well.

Joe Doe - da man stole my 2 cents! I agree that you might consider making your thumbs bigger, actually a lot bigger. Your site could be better served by utilizing more of the page width. Also the white space next to your logo looks a bit barren, you could move your logo into the middle of the table or fill the space with some links etc. I also think there is too much vertical white space between the thumbs that takes my eyes away from the photos. I'm a fan of color backgrounds as well, you might want to match a background color with your logo. Hope some of my verbal meanderings were helpful. Good luck!
