Need Help Finding A Referrers Script!

Greetings!

I've spend endless days looking for a referrers script for my site.
Everybody has one on their sites, I'm sure you've seen them.
I have one too but it's from one of those free services.
I want my own script, under my own control.

I know it's a simple script but where the hey can I get it!?!
All it has to do is post each referrer to a list and display it on my site.
Mouse over showing hits in and out ... optional.

Any help? I'm begging!
