WOW, on this topic, I could write a book! There are tons of place to look, but remember this one important thing: If a girl that you ask doesn't want to do it, she ALWAYS has a friend that she thinks would do it. I find alot of my girls from a friend of a friend. Get a girl to look for girls, its alot less creepy in most cases. This is quite true. Strippers are guaranteed to have a certain level of hotness, as they require it for the strip club to employ them. They also have a high sex drive. You have to remember though that strippers already make a great deal of money from lap dances and such, so if you want to employ strippers in videos the price is high for softcore and higher for hardcore. there are also sites out there that are model portals, not agencies and they can sometimes be hiding a new talent on there, of course there can be loads on there who have been round the block a 1000 times, have a search and see what you come up with. The genuine ones put you in direct contact with the girls.

Anybody who advises people to recruit from strip clubs is a person who should not be giving advice. Strip clubs are the bottom of the barrel for recruiting sources.

use a reputable agency. Let the people that recruit the models deal with the heartache and tribulations that go along with dealing with models. In So. Cal there are many agencys that deal with models to choose from so I guess we are spoiled but if you are in a small market, look on OMP for agents before you try to deal with a model on your own.

Whatever you do, however you do it... MAKE SURE THAT BEFORE YOU SHOOT A SINGLE FRAME!!! have a contract signed and that all the Legal mumbo jumbo is taken care of.

I've worked on the agency side and the content side and both can be a nightmare if your not playing the by the rules!

Most of the girls that I have shot for my site were girls that I just talked to at shopping malls, amusement parks, movie theaters etc. Had a shoot with a girl just the other day that works up at subway. As she was preparing my sandwich, she asked..."how are you? have you been working hard"....and of course, that lead into what I do for a living.

I just talk to them and explain to them what I do and if they are interested, great. If they are not, that's fine too. After all, there are plenty of girls out there. However, when you are dealing with amateur girls out in public, you do have to be VERY careful and you need to know how to come across with your approach...without sounding like a perverted creep. Alot of the girls that I have shot were also friends with other girls that I have already shot. That's the key....you shoot a girl, she has a friend that may be interested, you shoot her friend and her friend has friends...and so on. Of course, you can also go through agencies (and I have done this two times) but then you are shooting girls that other people are shooting too so that kinda takes the exclusivity out of it unless they are a small agency. You won't find many of the girls on my site on any other sites and the reason why is because they are real amateur girls that I have talked to out in public. Not saying that you should run out to your local shopping mall today and start talking it up because I would actually NOT recommend that because it can be pretty dangerous and risky but....so far, it has been working fine for me.
