Have a look in the traffic trade forum and search for other webcam sites to trade links with.

I've had good success with buying traffic. I use trafficholder. Buying clicked traffic by niche is the way to go, and their prices are very reasonable.

First of all, post the name of your sites, create signature for yourself here on the board so people here can go ahead and check it out.

Then to get better traffic and conversion, consider hiring few webmasters or work yourself in-house to promote your sites.
Take some content, pics, screenshots, short videos, etc... make sample galleries out of it and submit them to available TGP/MGP sites out there.

Get into Free Sites if you can, you can do the same process as above with those too and submit them to Link Lists,.. on those you can actually get even more productive traffic in a long term.
