    Chargebacks.....advice?

My site has been hit by a pretty big chargeback. Now I understand and accept that these things happen in business but in this case based on communications etc with the guy before this happened, I have reason to feel personally aggrieved and want some recourse.

I know there are organisations that take over chargebacks.....can anybody recommend one ?

use paypal , they cant do a claim on digital items and win it .. and make sure you give visitors what you promise so that they dont chargeback .

I'm not sure, perhaps a contract... Send a email to the person who is purchasing your product and or service and have them fill out a contract and or start excepting US postal money orders...

      I'm not really sure...

Paypal doesn't accept adult, they will cancel your account if you are not careful.

What type of product/service are you selling?

Its so easy to do chargeback with Paypal so I would recommend to stay away.

Years ago a few were around who would go after these guys. Theoreticaly you could goto any collections agency and ask them to recover the debt but its based on digital products. If its really bad, send him a letter demanding payment. Keep following up and adding reasonable interest then file small claims court papers as that doesnt cost much and gets results

Thanks for actually reading the post amateurcanada

I remember seeing a company that specialised in adult chargeback recoveries advertising on another board, but cannot recall their name (or the board)

I was just interested if anybody had used people like that before.

I don't expect to recover the money but I would like this guy to think twice before doing it to somebody else.

Be careful with your adverts, do not let frauders to promote your paysite.
