I am new here, I have got my second site up and running. My first was a ring of TGPs that saw almost no traffic because I suck at thumbing.

This one is a super free site that aims to gain visitor loyalty by not circle jerking them.

It has been about a week, and I have a few good established trades (user decides to click them so its great quality traffic) and about 500 uniques a day. Google hasnt indexed much yet and I have a low PR, but that will soon improve.

Now I am looking to start actually making money.
- What should I do to the site to start pushing visitors to pay sites?
- Should I add banners for like 1000 different providers, or should i choose a select few and add banners
- Is there a better way than banners?

To answer only one portion of your question when you are new it is best to try and stick with just a few sponsors. Especially when you have just begun to build traffic.
It will still probably take you a bit to get to that critical number that means a sale there is usually little good to be seen by diluting your figures. So go with a few covering the needed niches and price ranges
