Meta, SE's etc etc

Where is there a KICKASS tutorial for proper meta settings such as keywords and descriptions, as well, for getting good SE ranking? I'm fed up with relying on traffic trades to boost prod and getting nothing in return except stolen traffic. My latest one is "I'm sorry but I deleted you for giving me no traffic" all after sending out a few hundred hits and getting 10 back... THIEVES.

So time to get into the SE game for me.

unfortunately i doubt there will ever be such a tutorial but you can try some of these forums for helpful information. It's your use of the current information there that makes it *helpful*.
