Man...where to start?? Experienced web designer/programmer here.

    Hey guys,

First of all, I wanted to say that this community isn't at ALL what I expected it to be. I honestly expected a lot more attitude from people, but it doesn't look like that at all. Very cool.

I have a couple of buddies in the biz (exploitedteens.com, and a couple others) that are doing really, really well, and I've always been on the outskirts. I bought a pretty cool concept url (craigslistwhores.com) and am not exactly sure what to do with it just yet. I think there's some potential there though.

My background: Very experienced web/graphic designer (14 years in), programmer (php/mySQL). I haven't done a lot of SEO stuff in that time, however, so I'm just learning that end of it. That said, I'm smart and tech-savvy, and totally geek out on a lot of this stuff.

So, knowing that, where would you start if you were me? My first step was joining the board, and now I'm just reading, reading, reading.

    Thanks!

Forget everything you know bout web/graphic design because its like starting over in Adult. I'm just kidding, its not that drastically different, but its still like like starting over. You have the skills you need. You will even be able to score some freelance work around here with your php and database skills. Good Luck

          choose niche
          sign to affiliates
          buy some traffic
          start exchanging links

It's all about content and good ideas in porn, design helps but comes second. You don't sell investment funds.

I really like your craigslist whores thing. If we levae record keeping laws out, it could be a great concept for some reality porn site. I had contact to a guy (fan) who fucked literally hundreds of hos off of craigs list and took pics. I still have some of them (2000 or so).
Not sure yet how you could set something like this up, but I feel you are on the right track. If you need material I could ask the guy if he'd give it to you.

jenny...that would be great. I think it's a cool idea too, as long as I can keep the CL lawyers away. :P
