Need Programmer

I am working on a site that has the backend 95% complete. It has a few bugs that I need fixed. Additionally, and more importantly I have a new layout for the site that will need to be integrated into the programming. I think this is all pretty easy once you see what I am looking for. I am looking for someone who is reasonably priced based on India Pay Rate standards.

I am not paying up front...I have found too many companies that waste my time and promise the world and can not deliver. As I mentioned, If you do a good job and price yourself reasonable, you will have continous work.

Sounds like you've got a bind here. the people that are "qualified" and good at what they do already have plenty of clients and can easily pull $60+/hour USD whether they're in India, Russie, Pakistan, China, etc.

So that leaves you with people that'll flake off, scam you and generally have no clue what they're doing.

It's true what Masterchief says. You get what you pay for no matter what country you go to. I can't work for Indian pay rates, however I can certainly beat $60 p/h! If your site is in PHP / MySQL / Javascript etc I may be able to help.
