i have found a tutorial Creating and growing a successful TGP.
here some things from this tut.

Also, i suggest get a lot of contacts. My icq list has over 200 traders on it, that i can talk to, and setup of forces, traffic deals, or whatever, this is very important.

my question what means "setup of forces" and "traffic deals".

can somebody this explain to me ?

"setup of forces" means to talk about the musts (of your arrangement) with your traffic partner.

"traffic deals" means to negotiate the terms of your business. for example you send me 1k visitors per day and I'll send you 2k visitors coz my traffic hasn't got that good quality which yours has. It's a usual deal about the amount of traffic ;)
