Try to find new fresh programs, which offer content that is not oversaturated. That way you will have greater chances to get listed on TGPs, link lists etc. It’s also more likely that the surfers will sign up if they see something that they haven’t seen before.

there is a endless list of adult affiliate programs so the question is not the best one...
plus each person is different and everyone has own various results with the same thing. what converts for me doesnt need to convert for you and opposite.

you should give it a try and see yourself. also people advise to promote such niche that you like yourself and the work is gonna be much easier for you that way. other people focus on micro niches because they are not over used.

in any case, sponsor will generally provide you with sample content and other marketing tools too.. its just a question of what deal can you cut for yourself, sponsors are often willing to do wonders ( this goes especially when you prove that you got traffic... )

for start-ff, make sample galleries or ask some sponsor for them and submit those with your referral links on them to all TGP/MGP sites out there with Chameleon Submitter ( http://www.chameleonsubmitter.com/as.php ).

You can do the similar with free sites and Link lists (Link Lists are popular these days because they create very productive aggregate traffic)..
