Is it a bad idea to have my warning page (explicit content/age warning) as the index linking to my TGP? I mean, should I have the TGP as the main page instead?

But then how do I implement a warning page? Do I need one? And can I get in trouble for posting links to other explicit sites on the warning page itself?

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to trade hardlinks, but some traders only allow outbound links on the index page.

Why no do a javascript warning overlay? When the user clicks yes/18, the box goes away, if not he goes to disney.com.

This way, you can trade links, and if you change your mind later you can turn off the javascript.

Check your stats of the amount of people who actually have javascript disabled, i doubt it will be any more than 1%, it shoudnt matter.

hmm I never knew that so few people have it disabled... because I use the NoScript firefox extension, I assumed there were more people that do. But then again I can always just enable the domain of a site to allow javascript so... wish I knew that before I converted my script from JS to PHP, it would have saved me time.

So back to the main point... I should definitely have my TGP as the index/main page? Or is it ok how I have it now? And what problems do you foresee if I leave it?
