Hard Links... how much $$$ ???

I was approached about selling a hard link on my site http://www.allbusty.net
The person wanted to know how much I would charge for a year of having their hardlink on my site which is PR4.

I also get more or less 35K per day of traffic

Any info would be of great help thanks in advance.

Your Alexa doesn't support your claim of 35k a day.

If the site actually did get that kind of traffic and you were willing to show your stats to the person that wants the link, it would be worth far more than $200 a year.

well I would be willing to show my stats and let's say I would give him top spot... how much would it be worth then?

PS my site does get 35K but only jumped recently :D

It really depends on what someone is willing to pay, but I'd say for a good spot, $100 a month at least. Assuming that you get good productive traffic and your recent increase isn't due to something like buying a bunch of cheap Asian traffic.
