Win xp temporary internet files

Im still finding my way around xp can anyone tell me where the temporary internet files are kept and whats the best software to use as my evidence eliminator v1 dosnt seem to work now

The "Temporary Internet Files" are located in

\Documents and Settings\Your User\Local Settings\

You can delete them with no problem.
