ePassporte account help

Hi all,
I just got a serious problem in this biz from the beginning. Since ePassporte does not allow loading account by MasterCard anymore, I can not create 1 ePassporte account for me.
Anyone here has Business account pls help to create 1 for me. I appreciate your help.

I got mine through a sponsor that created it for me. Then I made a second account with a MasterCard, I didn´t know that you can´t do it with a Master anymore.

Had read the following in the questions portion:

Do I have any additional options in loading more money to my ePassporte Account other than using my credit or debit card?

Yes. If have a US-based checking account, you may transfer funds directly from your checking account to your ePassporte Account. After logging into your ePassporte Account, please click on 'My Account' and 'Withdraw Money' and follow the instructions provided to verify your US-based checking account or to obtain instructions on how to transfer funds to your previously verified checking account from your ePassporte Account.

@Eternal: A bad news is epassporte does not allow to load account with MasterCard anymore..
@Subtle: Sorry, but I'm not in US. That's why I need your help to create 1 for me.
