Help with either scripts?

I've been a webmaster for a many years now, and only just (yes.. slap me) have I been 'referred' to join the porn games by a friend.

So anyway, I thought i'd get a foothold in the business by creating a link portal. Can anyone point me in the direction to get one of these two scripts.. and any reccomendations which type of site would be best to start with?
