Where can I find an example of a simple license for (exclusive) content? Both in English and in German, if possible. I'm going to buy some photos and videos from a local photographer and need to get the exclusive online rights. He should still be able to sell the content on DVD to private customers and use the photos on his website as preview of the DVD. But the rights for publishing on Paysites and reselling should only belong to me!
