ok, I know where to sign up but where do the people go to put a reciprocal ink on my blog? this blog is new. do i have to download software like Turbo traffic trader or something like? im retarded some help would be appreciated :-(

Hiya

Go to www.linkex.dk and download the zip file.

Create a folder inside your web directory so that www.yourdomain.com/linkex/

Upload the linkex file "index.php" to that directory. CHMOD the directory to 777 for now, and then open your browser and go to "www.yourdomain.com/linkex/"

Follow the instructions to set up your linkex account.

CHMOD the linkex directory back for security.

Then open your blog template (the sidebar works best) and insert the include code (which is given in "catagories" in linkex)

Then edit the catagory so that it will fit your blogs template.

Idealy, use {TABLE cols="1" } and also you might want to insert a class or id into the <a > tag (look through your blog stylesheets for this)

Then I'd suggest in the blog settings disabling "captcha" this means other linkex users can use the "autoadd setting" and are more likely to exchange hardlinks with you as it's more convenient. After you get a lot of links, enable it again to prevent spamming.
