I am promoting a site which pays me per click and am using pictures to attract clicks. Does anyone have any tips on how to get my pictures in search engine results or mabey some tricks to increase traffic to these pics. Any further information anyone may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You can try naming pics with keywords you are ranking on or seo'd for in the first place. Be careful not to overdue it or you will be seen as Keyword stuffing though.
