Newbie help please

Hello there.
I apologise for my first post being for asking for help..
I purchased a adult website on ebay( I know I know)..

sorry I cant post a link to the auctual ebay auction..(not 30 posts yet)


Anyway, I new something was wrong when it took weeks for the people to "set it" up and "sync" the site...so they called it..

Anyway, the cpanel login details didn't work the first few times and then after they worked I requested the login details for the affiliate programs so I could see my accounts ect..but they "the seller" have dissapeared..

My site naughtyassgirls.com has dissapeard and the cpanel login details changed and when I look it up on whois it is by someone else...

Can anyone please help me?

I think you need to be contacting eBay and legal counsel, not webmasters..

I have tried ebay but since this person has left ebay they said they can't help me...

What was the eBay seller's username, I'll try and look up the auction and post the URL here for you. Somebody here might recognize the seller, but beyond that nobody here will likely be able to help you get the site back. Depending upon how much you're out you really ought to consider seeking legal action.
