    Creating original blog content

From what I understand, Google doesn't rank duplicate content very highly. According to This Google Answers page, here is what they suggest to get a higher rank:
    • Avoid "doorway" pages created just for search engines, or other "cookie cutter" approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content.
    • If your site participates in an affiliate program, make sure that your site adds value. Provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.

I'm trying to make money using RSS feeds, and although I realize that duplicate content is not very lucrative, I assume there must be tools out there to modify the content so I'll get a higher rank. For example, a thesaurus program that would change the content around, preferably without any upkeep from the webmaster.

Does anyone know of any tools (preferably for Wordpress) that can modify the content enough to be seen as "original"?

    Thanks in advance!

Have you signed up for Zipped Sites? They have many cool things to use with your blogs such as zippedblogs. you can find the niche content you are looking for and then have the option to edit the body, timestamp, title etc... of every post. Say you put in a few hours working on editing a months worth of posts for the blog, I find that it is pretty worth the time.
