Ibill Revshare.. any good?

I was noticing that alot of people on this board promote other websites...

I would be interested in hearing what you guys think of Ibill's Revshare? Have you used it? Have you promoted a site that uses it? Have you gotten paid in a timely manner? Does it suck? Good... Bad?

Its good for a small website... But not good if you have say for example over 50 or 100 revsharers.... If you dont want to put out any money but want to start an affiliates program its great. They do everything for you (mailing out the checks etc.) . You just sit back and promote your program.

Why would it be good for a small site and not for a larger site? What would be the differences?
