hello, could anyone tell me wher to get free domain name,i can only buy domain name fro our country,because i cann't have a credit card so i cann't buy domain from other country,
and our domain register company will banned my domain if i buy domain for adult sites,so would anyone tell me where can apply free domain name or dns service?

If you have Pay Pal or if you want to send cash or check you can use Enom or some other registrar. You don't have to use a credit card for some registrars these days.
