Best Dedicated Hosting?

Looking for a managed dedicated box with AT LEAST 1.5 TBs of monthly transfer available, at least 160 GB hardrive, at least 1 Gig of ram, a fast processor, and a Plesk control panel.

No set up fees, no longterm contract, scaleable bandwidth, 24/7 LIVE support, etc.

I currently have dedicated boxes with Peer1 - they are great,but way overpriced. I also have a box with SingleHop.com - they are very inexpensive, but their customer service and reliability it suspect at best.

Looking for this basic set up to start at under $150, so if you are more than that please do not reply.

If you are a good company I will consider migrating other boxes over time.
