Hi all - a quick question

If I used one of your hosted galleries in my TGP but designed my own thumbnail and watermarked it with my site name - would this be against your TOS?

The thumbnail no, the main image yes as your misrepresenting yourself as owning the content. You also have to be careful even with the thumbs due to 2257.

Yeah that sounds about right, I think I would have to contact each programme seperately - maybe I could incorporate my site name into the name of the image in case it gets ripped.

The reason i am asking is cus I am looking to thumb around 3000 galleries, a big job which ill have to pay for.
