I've just started a site mostly showing off RSS feeds.

What is the best way to get it popular?

Toplists?
Buy Links?
Buy Traffic?

If any of the above, any specific deals / companies you know of would be really helpful.

Get as many free traffic trades, and hard link exchanges as possible. Try and buy some cheap traffic (people will jump on with their refferral codes) or some cheap plugs.

Buying traffic is number 2 in ways of traffic getting. No money - no traffic.
It's not good for start.

Buying links - it's for SE traffic. It will be bring traffic to you only after 2-3 month.

Number 1 - it's trade traffic or post your free site to TGP/MGP.
