Resources on Indecency Laws

First of all, Hello to all. I am a n00b and have learned a lot from these forums.

I am having some trouble finding enough info regarding indecency laws and specifically indecency laws in Delaware.

I was wondering if any of you could recommend some resources, places to look online, or any tips on learning more about indecency laws in Delaware and in the US in general.

Thats mostly because:

A) Indecency laws are the most ambigous things ever fucking written.

B) The only people who write about them on the net are laywers. And you can bet they want to scare the shit out of you so you hire them.

C) At the end of the day no matter how you do it if someone in the government decides to fuck you. You are fucked. See point A.

Who exactly do these laws apply to... not talking 2257 or anthing like that...but if you're not making content at all and just buying it, do indecency laws apply?
