How Do I Make $ Using My Own Model?

I've recently started shooting my own content. I live in the UK and own some terrace houses that I rent out. Anyway, instead of paying rent, one of the girls has been modelling for me. Everything's entirely legal and I have signed contracts granting me exclusive rights to the content.

What I need to know is how I can best use what I have. I don't have enough for a paysite (although i could in time). Am I best sticking to my current routine? Tgp, free sites? Or can you recommend a better way to turn pics into $$$?

I do not know about the business model, but I do have a suggestion as to how to present the material in a semidocumentary style. Telling exactly how it came to be that this girl started modeling for you. Maybe including photos of the contract - with the name struck out, etc. etc.
