best software for screen caps?

At the moment we are using adobe premiere pro and sony vegas but still i think the screen caps can be better. It is in comparison to the movies who are cristal clear.

any advice on this matter is more then welcome.

well they might be crystal clear, but their file size might be big... if your for quality, try to change some settings or something...
