How can you tell if a sponsor does or doesnt support spyware?

I.E. the skimming of a webmasters traffic to promote their own personal growth as a sponsor!

Not sure spyware is the proper term.. I know that the NATS back-end software has long been promoted as not allowing any skimming or tampering with sign-ups..

i think what you're talking about zango... there is a list somewhere on this forum of sites that use it.. just search threads with the "zango" title
