Help with content?

Hey whats up? I have just designed three sites in which I would like to get up soon my questions:

1. As content is concerned do I have to comply to any 2257 BS?
2. I am from the states and as of three years ago all this crap with 2257 had just started.Now getting back into it where do webmasters stand?
3.Rather than what sponsors are good,which ones dont pay?

if it's not your content you just link to their 2257 info if they allow that.

if it is your content you have to keep updated records in case you get a visit.

you have to have proof of the models age and keep everything organized.

OK great it all seems a bit loose after the BIG DEAL they made a few years ago.Just link and leave it up to the sponsors sounds good to me.I am just someone who loves hot chicks and is trying to make some $. Although I have heard alot of roumors on the webmaster having to also provide the same as content providers(exact type info) This 2257 is very unclear to webmasters.I guess we can all thank Traci lords

Go and buy some content,good things never cheap.
