    What is it exactly that webmaster do? Do affiliates help them do whatever it is they do?

      greetings,

      A webmaster creates and/or maintains a website.

      A sponsor(affiliate program etc.) allows a webmaster to put a link their own website that points to the sponsor website and make some $ for an example.
