Major startup costs?

Hello everyone, new here but venturing into the world of adult site management (hopefully). Just wondering if anyone has an idea of breakdown of startup costs initially. I'm assuming web design will be the most expensive, but I'm also hoping to do video as well which I know will take an investment. Planning on possibly getting a loan for startup so I need to know roughly how much I will need.

I'm also wondering for non nude work how much models can demand for 1-2 hours of taping/photo shooting? These would be non mainstream models of course at the beginning.

Also, any direction for a rank newbie would really help. I'm reading, reading reading and you guys have a great site here.

Your a newbie, start as an affiliate first and learn the ropes, give yourself 1-2 years and take risks and FAIL. Learn why you failed. If you still like the biz 30K can start your own small program. As far as photography and model costs that's a whole different talent and knowledge set than marketing. If you don't have it yourself don't be naive. Hire someone who has been a photographer all there life to work for you and deliver the quality you visualize.
