How do i promote a new Webmaster Program

Hi guys,

may be you can help me a little bit?
We started a new webmaster program: bee52cash.com
It operates one site till now, but there will come 5 more this year.
Its all exclusive content and sites specialized in fetish
(Nylon, Stockings, Domination, Gynomania,..)

So how can i find webmasters who willing to use it and promote the sites?
There are some webmasters from the nylon niche which make good money at 1:250 conversions, but its only a little amount of traffic.

I know that the big tgps and sites have niches like stockings/nylon and fetish as well. But how can i reach them?? I think all my emails will get trashed if i try to "spam them".

But it might be very interesting for them, cause its unique and exclusive content and no 1000 times seen shit...
