Newb question regarding shooting content

Hello all, I am new to GFY. I ran an adult website way back when, and always planned to shoot my own amateur content but never got around to it. Years later I am finally drifting back into the adult industry, and I have one question which I had never found the answer to before (I didn't look too hard). Does anyone know the legalities of creating adult content in the state of Arizona? I see a lot of porn is produced in California, and I wondered if that was because the laws there were more lenient? Well like I mentioned in the title, I am a newb, so don't flame me too much ;)

I think the best answer is to grab a lawyer and ask them. You will need one anyway to write up your model releases and other such paperwork.

Sounds like a good plan, Thanks. I would imagine I would need a lawyer who specializes in that sort of thing right? Anyone have any suggestions?

Look in the yellow pages for a lawyer, ask him over the phone if he knows anything useful about it, and if not, maybe he can recommend you to someone who does.
