    Processor that will handle bdsm?!?

    Hey guys...
Do any of you know of any third-party billing processors that will handle bdsm material. This is hardcore stuff (i.e. sex and bdsm combined), so no U.S. companies will touch us, but that's ok as we're set up as an EU corp already.
We were with SegPay for awhile but Mastercard complained that our material was too violent and they dumped us. We've also been told that we need to tone it down by Commercegate.
The thing is, I can point you to dozens of sites that are nastier than ours! The logical thing to do would be to see who's processing for those sites, but unfortunately, most of the ones I've found are going through VXSbilling which requires a merchant account. There were also quite a few sites using Jettis, but again you need a merchant account.
I'd be happy to pay the money to get a merchant account eventually, but at this point, I've never managed to keep the site up and running for more than a month or two before getting dumped and I'm worried about spending the money for nothing.
Any thoughts? Anyone? Thanks in advance guys!

Verotel! See sig. They have much saner requirements for BDSM content.

Thanks for the suggestion Steph! Unfortunately, I've already tried Verotel and been rejected by their compliance department. I swear to god though, our content is not that extreme! Particularly by European standards. It just happens to mix bdsm with actual sex.

I'm going to try getting set up with some alternate payment methods for now. I'm hoping they may be less strict than the cc processors.

Wow, that's surprising. Do you have any more specifics? I didn't think they outlawed BDSM + sex specifically, just some of the details (bodily fluids, etc.).

Thanks guys. We've already tried Paycom as well. We were told that their compliance team would have to review the site since it contains bondage. They never got back to us and we were never approved.

As far as fluids go, we've always been super careful to never show any blood or anything that even could be mistaken for blood. I think that's the only real taboo fluid.

Anyhow, trying to get set up now with Etelegate and/or 2000charge. I'll post my results just in case there's anyone else out there in my situation.

There are a number of sites that mix bondage and BDSM with actual sex that are being processed by third party billers. Paycom processes meninpain.com, as one example, and CCBill processes theenglishmansion.com, as another. Verotel tends to be more liberal towards BDSM than either Paycom or CCBill, so it is even more surprising that they would not process your site. You mention that your content is "too violent" according to a few billers - are you portraying your scenes as being nonconsensual, perhaps? Have any of the processors you have dealt with given you specifics on why they would not process your content, or what they found to be objectionable?

It is my understanding that Paycom and CCBill will not process new sites with urination content on them. Sites registered with them before a certain date can still do so, however.

We can handle BDSM, all with no set-up fees and we factor payment - ie we pay you way before we get paid by the telcos worldwide.

Use us as a secondary processor in all developed markets, but as primary one in all developing ones.

We can create an international page for your site with geo-ip call-to-action in 37 languages like this one:
