More specifically, which is the most reliable?

Is there a such thing as "free" and "unlimited" hosting?

Do you pay out the ying-yang for overages?

Has your server ever done you wrong (I do realise that they need to go down for maintenance periodically)?

free and unlimited is non-existent.
The best one is any stable, and fast dedicated server...
