Videos take long time to buffer Why???

When I upload videos to my server they seem to take a long time to buffer on media player what am I doing wrong please???

Im using globat.com and just did 2 year for 166 bucks...

It seem to be taking a long time to load my videos not sure if its me doing something wrong...

I go on othere people websites and view there preview video and they seem to run a bit faster..

It takes a long time to load them because either:

1) YOUR internet connection is slow; or
2) THE SERVER'S internet connection is slow.

That's pretty much what it boils down to.
