Hacked Question

I noticed google emailed me saying I had a warning page installed cause of dangerous code found. I looked at a few of my sites and found this installed at the bottom of it.

How does someone put this on all my index.php pages? How can I prevent this? It locks my PC whenever its loaded. Thanks

I'm guessing someone probably guessed your password.

It depends on your hosting, too. It may be that somewhere in the contract it says that the host can input some code/ads into your site to pay for bandwidth costs, etc.

What site is it and where are you hosted?

dreamhost...i checked the php and nothing there I dont think that would insert it, Dreamhost is saying thats what it probably is. I changed pw, hope that did it.
