Help Getting Started Please

Hi-

I am a gay video producer with several thousand hits per day to my website. At present, the site simply showcases my product (which does pretty well on its own), but my distributor recommended I take a look at GFY because I am not maximizing my profit potential with AVS and TGP.

Honestly, this is a cool concept to me, but other than basic web designing in Dreamweaver and Flash, I am confused by this. I would love to understand TGP/AVS since right now it is totally a foreign language. It's hard to figure out from reading the various postings and feels like I am coming in on the middle of a conversation or seminar on a foreign topic.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
